1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sahasratechnologies.com or using the Sahasra Web Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Sahasra Technologies and your organization.
2Services Provided
Sahasra Technologies provides a Website Management Platform and technical consulting services. The platform allows organizations to manage public digital content through a secure administrative interface.
3Payment & Billing
Subscription fees are billed annually in INR as per the selected plan. Prices are exclusive of GST. Domain registration and SSL certificate fees are separate and are the responsibility of the organization.
4Platform Availability & SLAs
We maintain high availability for all hosted institutional sites. Scheduled maintenance is conducted during off-peak hours. We are not liable for downtime caused by external DNS issues or ISP-level failures.
5Intellectual Property
All platform software, proprietary algorithms, and dashboard designs are the intellectual property of Sahasra Technologies. All content (text, images, documents) uploaded by your organization remains your exclusive property.
