1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sahasratechnologies.com or using the Sahasra College CMS Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
SahasraTechnologies provides a College Content Management System (CCMS) platform that allows institutions to manage their public website content through an admin panel. Services are provided on an annual subscription basis.
3. Payment & Billing
Subscription fees are billed annually in INR as per the plan selected. All prices are exclusive of GST. Domain renewal and SSL certificate costs (if any) are the responsibility of the institution and billed separately by the respective providers.
4. Institution Responsibilities
The institution is responsible for maintaining access to their domain provider account, providing accurate content for migration, and ensuring designated staff complete the admin panel training provided by us.
5. Platform Availability
We aim for maximum uptime of the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting infrastructure, DNS propagation delays, or force majeure events.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, and code is the intellectual property of SahasraTechnologies. Website content (text, images, documents) uploaded by the institution remains the property of that institution.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice before the renewal date. Upon termination, institution content can be exported on request within 14 days.
