From Existing Website to Easy Management

Sahasra simplifies website creation and updates for non-technical teams. We handle setup, migration, hosting, SEO basics, and launch.

01

Plan the Website

We understand your pages, audience, SEO needs, and update workflow.

02

Move and Organize Content

Our team helps migrate your existing pages, images, documents, and key information.

03

Launch and Manage

Your website goes live with hosting, SSL, and a dashboard your team can use.

Onboarding - Step by Step

Exactly what happens from the day you sign up to the day your website goes live.

Week 1

Step 1 — Domain Setup

Use your existing domain — or we help you get one.

If your college already has a domain, we use it as-is. If you don't have one, we guide you through purchasing one. Ownership always stays with you.

Week 1

Step 2 — DNS Configuration

We point your domain to our platform servers.

We update your domain's A Record — a 5-minute change. DNS propagation takes 1–24 hours. Your college email remains completely untouched.

infoOnly website traffic is routed. Email, subdomains, and other records are safe.
Week 2

Step 3 - Platform & SSL Setup

Your institutional environment is provisioned.

We create your public website, dashboard access, staff logins, and SSL (HTTPS) for secure browsing.

Step 4 - Content Migration & Go-Live

We move everything from your old website.

Our team migrates existing pages, images, and documents. You review on a test URL. After approval and a short training session, we switch live.
