NAAC preparation is stressful because your website is checked before, during, and after the review. Here is your 30-day, 7-day, and day-before checklist.

30 Days Before — Major updates.

Upload the latest SSR and all previous AQARs. Update NIRF data. Refresh faculty listings. Update placement statistics. Add or update the IQAC page. Check all links and fix broken ones.

7 Days Before — Review and polish.

Go through every page as if you are a reviewer. Check that all PDFs open. Verify your stats match your AISHE submission. Make sure your homepage notices show current, relevant announcements.

Day Before — Final checks. Check your website on mobile. Verify your contact form works. Confirm your SSR PDF is downloadable. Test every navigation link.

With Sahasra Web Platform, your team can make routine updates directly from the dashboard and keep the website ready throughout the year.
